DESCRIPTION
“The Citadel: Arrival” is the first installment in a series of epic science fiction short-stories reminiscent of the pulp fiction style, popular from the 1920’s into the 1950’s. It’s a fast paced story that will take you through twists and turns you will not expect until they are thrust upon you with all the force, excitement and chaos of a plasma cannon blast.
The story follows Ctarl, a “nobody” cog in the working wheels of a futuristic society run completely by Megacorp, a corporation that carefully runs and manages the lives of the people living under its sphere of power. On one of Ctarl’s few and far between days off from work, an outing he had hoped would be fun and relaxing turns into an explosive adventure that drags him kicking and screaming into situations and challenges that will make him question every aspect of his life. Watch this colorful tapestry unfurl as Ctarl and his new-found allies find their way through this classic, yet oddly surprising, tale of good and evil where nothing is quite what it appears to be.

about tim k.a. trotter
What started as a way to avoid math classes, Creative Writing lead Tim on a path to a clear realization, no one was writing the stories he wanted to read. So he started writing.
After a decade of numerous detours, becoming an Eagle Scout, pursuing employment , creating Podcasts and writing one other full novel (shelved but not forgotten) all the while writing three other novella’s he now proudly presents and aptly so, The Citadel: Arrival.
This book was originally submitted to the Writers of The Future contest, it sadly didn’t even place. Nevertheless, Tim not discouraged by learning how to fail better, decided he believed in this story enough to complete it. Additionally he is hard at work producing a radio drama audiobook version of The Citadel: Arrival replete with voice actors, sound effects and even music (TBA).
Tim lives in the greater Seattle Washington area, writing in his spare time because he has a powerful need to eat.
